Principal of SEK Catalunya school
We need to incorporate a Director for our SEK Catalunya school.
Mission:
Lead the school's educational project, focused on learning and the principles that define the SEK model, to create a true Learning Community.
We are looking for a professional with the following profile:
• Experience in managing international schools for a minimum of 5 years.
• Bilingual Spanish and English; Knowledge of Catalan will be valued.
• Experience and knowledge in the IB and NEASC programs.
• Preferably with experience in managing schools with student residences.
• Skills to lead and motivate a diverse teaching team.
• Skills for academic, financial and people management.
• Communication skills to establish positive and effective relationships with the entire learning community.
• Commitment to continuous quality improvement.
• Maintain high ethical standards and promote positive values in the community.
• Promote educational innovation and digital transformation / adoption of new technologies.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Will be responsible for the academic and personnel management of the school.
• Will collaborate closely with the School Management, teachers and families.
Will lead the school strategic plan, in line with SEK Education Group´s vision 2025.
Starting Date: January 2024
