We are hiring a teacher for each of our primary multigrade classes: Kindergarten & Grade 1 (2 positions), Grades 2 & 3 , Grades 4 & 5.
Role Overview
We are hiring a teacher for each of our primary multigrade classes:
Kindergarten & Grade 1 (2 positions)
Grades 2 & 3
Grades 4 & 5
There is a shared application process for all four positions. Our goal is to select the most outstanding IB PYP practitioners while balancing this with experience and skills suited to the specific age groups.
As a PYP homeroom teacher, you will:
Act as class teacher and tutor, maintaining close communication with families and supporting students’ integration into the school.
Lead planning and delivery of IB Primary Years Programme units of inquiry, ensuring a transdisciplinary approach that integrates subject areas.
Deliver English, Mathematics, Natural and Social Sciences, and Art within the inquiry framework.
Collaborate with specialist teachers for Arabic, Spanish, Islamic Studies, and other subjects to ensure shared approach with units of inquiry.
Differentiate instruction for multigrade classes and a diverse, multilingual student population, ensuring all learners meet their goals.
Contribute to curriculum development adapted to the local context while meeting IB standards.

Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
Proven ability to teach across multiple subject areas within an integrated curriculum framework.
Fluency in English (additional languages an advantage).
Willingness to relocate and embrace life in a developing international community.
Desired
IB PYP training and experience (minimum 2 years preferred).
Experience differentiating instruction for mixed-age or multigrade classes.
